About This Board
The Psycho Fun is a step up/semi gun version of the Fun model. Continually pushing the limits of performance in waves of consequence, Annesley team rider Stephan “Fun” Figueiredo transformed the Fun model to psycho. The result is a longer, narrower and more refined design, built to tackle medium to massive conditions, while keeping all the positive attributes of the shorter Fun model.
It has a pulled in outline with low refined rails for hold and predictability, but maintains plenty of volume under the chest area ensuring plenty of paddle power allowing you early entry into the wave.Blending single concave in the nose entry to a double concave vee through the tail gives maximum speed, hold and rail to rail responsiveness.
Combined with a rocker that has been formulated to fit bigger waves and handle steeper drops, the Psycho Fun inspires you to drive through barrels and heavy sections with confidence, giving you the speed you need and tight pocket turning capability your traditional semi gun will not, redefining your confidence and performance level in bigger conditions. Ride this design around 6” shorter than your normal step up/semi-gun board. Big things can come in small packages !
Fins Set Up
The Psycho fun comes stock with 5 fin FCS II plugs to maximize performance options in a variety of conditions, although due to the hold and speed generally required in large conditions, the Psycho Fun is recommended to be ridden as a quad

Every Annesley surfboard has been manufactured to the highest standards, a result of our ongoing commitment to quality, performance and value. Instead of supplying you with a set of fins you may never use, we have chosen not to supply fins with our boards, and have lowered our retail price to reflect this. We have learnt that most surfers perfer the freedom of choosing a new set themselves, or typically already have a favourite set they are used to. Fins play a critical role in the performance of your boards, so whatever your choice of materials, choosing the right size fin in critical.
